Billecart Salmon is one of the most generous Champagnes, a harmonious and balanced wine, the result of immense personal care during the crafting process, and subsequent ageing under the traditional chalk cellars. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes spanning three different vintages, from the best vineyard sites along the Marne, are fashioned into a timeless and refined Cuvée which has remained unchanged since 1945.
