Lamb Bazouki

The leanest lamb, sliced and rolled around a special filling. Makes a superb pot roast.

Cooking time:

1½ hours

Instructions:

Brown quickly in hot pan.

Remove and place in saucepan or casserole dish.

Add vegetables, cover with stock and wine. Simmer gently for a further 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove from stock.

Blend stock and vegetables in food processor and then place back in saucepan. Adjust seasonings. Serve over sliced Bazouki.
