American Chicken

Nichols chicken thigh fillets marinated in olive oil, dijon mustard, thyme, garlic, pepper and white wine.

Cooking time:

25 minutes

Instructions:

A: Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve as is, or make a sauce by stirring a little creme fraiche into the marinade in baking pan.

B: Pre-heat saucepan. Add chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Lower heat and continue cooking for a further 15 minutes, adding a little cream at the end.

Serve with fluffy rice.
