Chicken Involtini

A Nichols chicken breast filled with a bread-based stuffing with bacon, sage and onion.

Cooking time:

30 minutes

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place chicken in oven and reduce temperature immediately to 180°C. Cook for 30 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and crisp.
