Chicken Marbella
Nichols chicken thigh fillets marinated in olive oil, red wine vinegar, capers, oregano, prunes, olives and garlic.
Cooking time:
25 minutes
Instructions:
A: Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place chicken in casserole and dust with brown sugar and a little white wine. Cook for 25 minutes until sugar is caramelised.
Serve with couscous or rice.
B: Preheat frying pan or saucepan. Add chicken and stir for 10 minutes. Add a little white wine and brown sugar and continue cooking slowly for further 15 minutes.
Serve with a dash of sour cream.
