Chicken Parcels

Nichols chicken breast encasing Wursthaus hot smoked salmon, fresh spinach leaves, and a bechamel sauce.

Cooking time:

25 minutes

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place chicken in ovenproof dish. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. When pastry is golden, the chicken is cooked.

Serve with vegetables.
