Thai Chicken

Nichols chicken thigh fillets marinated in coconut cream, lime juice, coriander, chilli, ginger and garlic.

Cooking time:

15 to 20 minutes

Instructions:

Pre-heat wok or pan. Add pieces and stir constantly until cooked.

Add finely chopped vegetables if required and more coconut milk.

Serve with rice or on a bed of noodles.
