Duck Breast
Great glazed with a fruit-based relish, such as blueberry salsa, cherry salsa, or cherry jam.
Cooking time:
20 minutes
Instructions:
Score skin in a diamond pattern. Brown in hot pan with a little oil, skin-side down, until browned and crisp. Turn over and quickly sear meat side.
Preheat oven to 220°C. Glaze breasts and place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
