Easy Carve Leg of Lamb
Tasmanian lamb, prepared to make carving easy. Semi-boneless.
Cooking time:
75 to 80 minutes, plus 15 minutes resting time.
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place meat in oven and immediately reduce temperature to 180°C.
Bake for 75 to 80 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
