Noisette of Lamb
A boneless stuffed loin of lamb. Can be roasted as a whole unit, or sliced and grilled or pan-fried, just as for loin chops.
Cooking time:
(Whole) 50 to 55 minutes
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes in one piece.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
