Pork Racks

Lean pork rack. Scored, salted and oiled, ready for the oven.

Cooking time:

60 to 80 minutes, depending on size.

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Roast pork for 30 minutes.

Reduce temperature to 180°C and cook for a further 30 to 40 minutes, depending on size.
