Pork Rolled Loin Roast

Lean boneless loin of pork rolled – can be seasoned or unseasoned.

Cooking time:

50 minutes per kilo, plus 25 minutes

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Roast pork for 30 minutes.

Reduce temperature to 180°C and continue cooking for required time, depending on size.

Pork is best cooked on a rack with a cup of water in the bottom of the pan. This helps to make the crackling crisp.
