Rib Eye of Beef

Prime Tasmanian beef at its best.

Cooking times:

MEDIUM RARE: 30 minutes per kilo plus 20 minutes.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Add beef, uncovered, seasoned with sea-salt and cracked pepper and lightly oiled. Cook as indicated above until desired result is achieved.

Can be cut into steaks and either pan-fried or grilled.
