Trim Lamb Roast
A lamb roast for two – fat free. Must be flash roasted and rested well.
Cooking time:
20 minutes, plus 15 minutes resting time.
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place lamb in oven and immediately reduce temperature to 200°C.
Cook for 20 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
Serve just pink with fruit jelly.
