Turkey Ballottine
Nichols turkey deboned and rolled around a stuffing of Wursthaus ham, cranberry and port-flavoured bread.
Cooking times:
45 minutes per kg, plus 10 minutes
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Shield turkey with foil for most of the cooking time and add some water to roasting pan to prevent turkey from drying. Bake for required time.
Let turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before removing net and carving.
