Marinated Venison

Prime leg cuts of Tasmanian venison marinated in red wine, juniper, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns.

Cooking time:

30 minutes.

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place meat in oven to roast. After 10 minutes, reduce temperature to 180°C. Cook for a further 20 minutes.

Let rest for 10 minutes.
